Le Pavillon Bleu enjoys a strategic location at 15, rue des Pyrénées, 65100 Lourdes. This prime city-center location allows you to reach the Grotto and the Sanctuaries in less than a 10-minute walk, while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day.
To guarantee a completely smooth guest experience, our check-in system is 100% autonomous. You can access your accommodation from 4:00 PM using a secure key box, the code for which will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Access validation requires a mandatory security deposit of €150 to €300 depending on the apartment, via a secure payment link.
Absolutely. Unlike many establishments in the downtown center, our street offers immediate parking options. In addition, several public car parks, both free (such as Place des Pyrénées located 3 minutes away) and paid, are accessible within walking distance of the building. Before you arrive, your guest page lists the nearest free car parks to help you plan your stay.
As part of our eco-responsible approach and for thermal balance, all of our radiators are capped at 20°C. This setting corresponds to official ADEME recommendations for living spaces. If you are sensitive to the cold, we recommend bringing warm clothing, and of course, extra blankets are available upon request.
Peace and quiet is the cornerstone of our guest experience. To ensure restful nights for all our guests, absolute quiet is required between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. To maintain a healthy and serene atmosphere, our property is strictly non-smoking (including in the inner courtyard), parties are prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
Check-out takes place by 10:00 AM at the latest. We ask our guests to leave the apartment in a respectful state of cleanliness: dishes must be washed and put away, lights and radiators turned off, and trash deposited in the ground-floor bin (located behind the curtain near the stairs). An extra charge of €30 per additional hour will be billed if unusual cleaning is required.
